What conditions are your limos in?

We have well maintained limos, which are regularly serviced and cleaned. All the vehicles are less than a few years old. We make sure we keep up with the latest limos on the market.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in the limousine business for more than 2 decades. We have served Vancouver and the surrounding areas during that time. We have dozens of limousines, experienced chauffeurs and skilled mechanics who work with us. Our vehicles undergo regular inspection before they are licensed. All our drivers go through a criminal background check and have a perfect driving record

When should a customer book a limousine?

In general, the limousine business is very competitive. If you want to rent a limousine you generally have to book with us in advance. The reason is that our limousines are always on the road and without reservations; we cannot guarantee one for you. This is especially true in the summer when people book limos for weddings, parties and meetings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We generally do not charge anything if the cancellation is done 48 hours ahead of time. If it is done later than this time, than we do charge a fee for late cancellation.

What areas do you cover?

We cover transportation in and around Vancouver, including all the boroughs, Vancouver airport and even Whistler.

What type of services does Royal Limo Vancouver provide?

In general, if you need to travel anywhere, we have the limo for you. The majority of our customers book limos for proms, parties, business meetings, weddings, anniversaries, night out, airport transfer and sightseeing. We also provide a uniformed chauffeur and all our limos have luxury amenities including nonalcoholic beverages.

Can your chauffeur offer any ideas to tourists?

Yes, our chauffeurs know the area and always offer helpful hints on where to stay and eat, what to see and how to spend your night out. All you have to do is ask them.
