Billing

Rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. Fractions of an hour are rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment. Excess time is charged at the nominal hourly rate plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location. The services can be paid by cash, charged to the customer’s credit card, or billed to the client’s corporate account. Royal Limousine accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. The Credit Card provided at the time the reservation is processed must be presented by the cardholder accompanied by a valid photo ID at pick-up, unless a signed third party credit card authorization form has been obtained and approved by our Company prior, or a Corporate Account has been activated.

Airport Arrivals Terms and Conditions

There is no need to worry if your flight is arriving late or early as we monitor all arriving flights to ensure that you will be picked up on time. Our chauffeur will greet you at the main lounge after you leave the baggage area with a sign displaying your name.

If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call our dispatch office at 604-727-0950.

If for any reason you change flights or miss a flight, you MUST notify our office at 604-727-0950 at least 3 hours before your original scheduled arrival time. Failure to do so will be charged full price. At Royal Limousine Meet and Greet Airport, Service is offered at no charge. However, parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card.

Waiting time charges will begin 60 minutes after the actual arrival time of the flight. Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15-minute increments. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights.

We do not charge you any airport parking fee.

Clean up and Damage Fees

Excessive trash left in the vehicle will result in additional cleanup fees. Renter assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of any items damaged inside the vehicle during the rental term. If someone is getting sick inside the vehicle, there is a minimum $200 cleanup fee to cover the extra hours of cleanup, professional steam cleaning of carpets, etc. You could avoid this fee by asking the driver to pull over safely on the side or in any service area so you can refresh yourself.

No Smoking

All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. At his sole discretion, the chauffeur may terminate the trip with no refunds if smoking is occurring inside the vehicle.

Open alcohol and illegal substances/ drugs

No open alcohol or illegal substances/drugs are to be carried or used in the vehicle at any time. At his sole discretion, the chauffeur may terminate the trip with no refunds if illegal activity is occurring inside the vehicle.

Lost Items

Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. Renter assumes sole responsibility for any lost, stolen, or missing personal items during the rental term. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental.

Overtime

Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental, we will be happy to do so as long as there is still availability. However, availability of additional hours at the last minute beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed. Someone else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time is complete.

Stops

The fare quoted does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Unless specifically discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the fare quoted by an operator does not include additional stops.

Courtesy stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper, or mail a letter, do not incur extra charges. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made, you will be billed for them. Picking up additional passengers will also incur charges.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted by phone only at 604-727-0950. We give you to cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time with only a 10% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date, you will be charged 50% of the price of the ride. This rule does not apply to Proms and Weddings reservations, where you will lose your deposit if you cancel at any time. You can use your lost deposit toward an alternate date in the future.

NO SHOWS

If we cannot contact the passenger or related contact person after 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be fully charged.

LIMIT of LIABILITIES

Royal Limousine shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, unusual traffic or road conditions, storms, etc. In the unlikely event that a last-minute mechanical breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service Royal Limousine reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle (or vehicles) from our fleet or our affiliates’ fleet.
